Who we are
BRAINexus is operated by Business Research & AI Nexus Pte. Ltd., Singapore. For anything in this policy, write to contact@brainexus.com.
Server logs
Like every website, our servers keep basic technical logs: IP address, time, page requested, browser and referrer. They serve to run the site, fix problems, and prevent abuse, and are kept no longer than that requires.
Signing in
Where access has been arranged between your organization and us, you sign in with a one-time code or your organization's single sign-on. We keep the minimum needed to check access rights and to keep you signed in: your sign-in identifier, your organization, and a session cookie.
Cookies
We avoid cookies that are not needed; the ones we set serve signing in and staying signed in. You can delete them in your browser and sign in again when needed. If we measure readership, we measure it in aggregate, not individuals.
The agents
Questions put to the AI agents, in chat or by email, are processed to produce the answer, including by the AI providers we use for that purpose. Leave personal details out of questions.
If you write to us, we receive your address and your message, and use them to reply.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data reaches third parties only as needed to run the site (hosting, security and content delivery, sign-in and AI providers), or where the law requires.
Changes
When this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
